Can I have a wall decal in a colour that is different from the ones listed on your website?

Yes, it is possible. Contact us ahead of time, so that we can verify the availability of your colour. Please note that your item’s shipment will be delayed for up to three business days if we have to order new material. A fee of $10.00 may apply for ordering particular colours.


Is there a transparent film on the decal? Is it highly visible?

No. Our decals are individually cut and should not be confused with transparent decals that have a design printed on them. Transfer tape holds all the elements together during installation. Once the decal is in place, it is only a matter of removing the tape.


Is the installation easy?

Yes. There is no puzzle to put together on your wall; all pieces are held together by the transfer tape. Only the larger decals come in two or three separate pieces. All you need to do is remove the backing, stick the decal to the surface by rubbing it with an item such as a credit card, and peel off the transfer tape.

My decal stays stuck on the transfer tape when I try to remove it, what can I do?

Simply rub your decal again: rubbing activates the glue. You may also wait one or two days before removing transfer tape to give glue time to stick on your wall.


How I can remove the air bubbles that appeared as I was applying the decal on the wall?

Use a needle or pin to puncture the bubble and release the air. This procedure is not recommended if you have applied your decal onto glass.


Can I reuse my wall decal?

Unfortunately, no. When removing your decal, it will stretch and may even tear.


Can removing the decal damage my paint?

In the majority of cases, no. There is always a risk, particularly if the paint is of a low quality or if several coats of paint have built up over the years. The way you remove your decal can also damage the paint. Remove it slowly.


I am familiar with vector graphic software such as Adobe Illustrator; can I send you my own design? How much will it cost?

Yes, you can send us your own design. We accept files in AI, EPS, PDF, CDR, or FS formats.

There is a $10.00 charge for opening and converting all vector files containing designs ready to be cut. If many corrections or changes are necessary, additional fees (set according to an hourly rate) will apply. Send your file to and we will provide you with a price quote within two business days.




What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, personal checks and moner orders.


Money orders and personal checks must be made to IDÉSIF and send it to the address below. Do not forget to put your order number on it.

How long will it take for me to receive my item?

We do our best to ship your items in two business days following payment verification. Delivery dates are based on the date the item was shipped and not on the date it was ordered.

What are shipping costs?

Shipping and handling charges are not charged on a per product basis but by order (various products constitute a single order).

Can you identify the shipment as a gift for customs purposes?

No, unfortunately.

Please note that all customs, brokerage, and import fees (where applicable) are the receiver's responsibility.


Can I come pick up my item rather than pay to have it delivered (Montreal area, Canada)?

Yes. Check the “Local pickup” option at the checkout stage of your transaction. When the item is ready, we will contact you by phone or email so that you may pick it up.


The estimated delivery time is passed and I still have not received my item. What should I do?

Please wait two weeks after the estimated delivery time before contacting us. In most cases, it is simply a matter of delayed deliveries, and you should get your parcel in this two-week timeframe.


If you have not received your item after the recommended two-week wait period, please contact customer service. If possible, have your order number on hand.
